Reception Details (the website) is an online service providing information regarding reception locations within Canada and the United States as well as information about wedding planning. This is a Legal Agreement (Agreement) between you and Burgundy Hill Publishing Inc. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for the services provided by Reception Details. By registering for this service, you become a Member of Reception Details (Member), and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a Member. As used in the Agreement, the terms we, us and our refer to Reception Details and Burgundy Hill Publishing Inc.

If you do not agree to the terms of any of the services and products offered by the website, do not register or subscribe to the website. Terms and conditionas are subject to change at any time by Burgundy Hill Publishing Inc.
 
Membership may be terminated at any time by either the Member or the website for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice or electronic email to the other party. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the website, without notice, for any violations of the Agreement.

Membership on the website is for your personal use. Information provided on this website is a service and is provided by our Advertisers. Members are notified that information provided by vendors on this website is not verified. There are no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy of that information and we do not guarantee the performance or standard of performance of any vendors' services that appear on our website. We are not responsible for any loss or damages that arise from the use of the services or purchase of products from any advertiser or vendor appearing on this website.We encourage you to perform your own checks and verifications as to the reputation and reliability of any of the vendors that appear on this website.

By using our Vendor Contact Service, you are agree that your full name, email address and contact telephone numbers, as specified by you, are relayed to the specific vendor(s) you wish to contact in order for them to provide additional information as requested by you. Reception Details will forward your contact information to the requested vendor(s) and has no further interest or mediation duties after the fact. Correspondence after the initial contact is solely between you and the selected vendor(s). Reception Details will not be responsible, nor will we negotiate, mediate or act as an intermediary beyond forwarding your initial request for further information. 

Code of Conduct:
 Members and Advertisers will not post on the website or transmit to other members or employees, any obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You are responsible for any material you post on the website. We reserve the right to remove any material or content we find offensive, unacceptable or irrelevant to the purposes of the website.

Members and Advertisers will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information unless they hold the rights to such information or material.

Members and Advertisers are solely responsible for their interactions with other members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation to monitor and/or mediate disputes between Members and Advertisers.
 
Members and Advertisers will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the website, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the website, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.  

The website contains information, which is proprietary to us, our Members and our Advertisers. The website contains the copyrighted material and trademarks of Burgundy Hill Publishing Inc. Reproduction of material or content on this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of Burgundy Hill Publishing Inc.
